Lewis Roca Welcomes Litigator to Las Vegas Office

LAS VEGAS (May 4, 2022) – Lewis Roca announced Chad Olsen has joined the firm as Of Counsel in the Business Litigation Practice Group in Las Vegas.

Olsen is a litigator with significant business and appellate experience handling employment disputes, contractual breaches, complex construction claims, and insurance recovery matters. He represents small, large, and national businesses, including developers and contractors, hospitality companies, financial institutions, retail chains, marketing firms, transportation providers, software developers, and tourism companies, among others. Through litigation, planning, and attention to detail, Olsen has eliminated millions of dollars in potential liability for his clients. He has also recovered millions of dollars for these same clients.

As part of his practice, Olsen regularly prepares and reviews business, construction, and employment-related contracts or policies. He is also a frequent author and speaker on various legal issues and cutting-edge developments and is a member of the Editorial Board and Past Chair of Nevada Lawyer Magazine.

Olsen has been recognized as a Mountain States Super Lawyer in the area of business litigation since 2019. He received his J.D., cum laude, from Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School, and his B.S. also from Brigham Young University.
