Lewis Roca Lawyer Named Fellow of Litigation Counsel of America

DENVER (June 21, 2022) – Lewis Roca commercial litigation lawyer, Doug Tumminello, has been named a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, an invitation-only honorary organization in which members are highly-qualified trial lawyers providing guidance and leadership on issues and legislation affecting the American judicial litigation process.

Tumminello currently serves as the firm’s Litigation Practice Group Leader and focuses his practice on complex business, business tort, and intellectual property litigation. He represents companies in civil lawsuits ‎involving significant financial or reputational exposure, often involving crisis management. He represents a ‎variety of well-known business and nonprofit entities as litigation and ‎trial counsel and has tried cases in the state and federal courts of Colorado and Wyoming. Tumminello handles matters involving injury for intentional wrongs and negligence (including claims for supervisory and vicarious liability), contracts, real estate, products liability, supply chain, intellectual property, waiver/exculpatory contracts, and insurance-related claims. He also regularly advises businesses concerning formation, corporate governance and compliance, risk management, and strategic planning issues.

In addition to his litigation practice, Tumminello is the Chair of the firm’s Sports, Entertainment, and Recreation industry group.
