Litigation Lawyer Joins Lewis Roca in Las Vegas

Las Vegas (October 24, 2023) – Lewis Roca announced Olivia L. Vaden has joined the firm’s Litigation Practice Group as an Associate in Las Vegas.

Vaden focuses her practice on all stages of litigation, from pre-trial case assessment and advice to full-scale criminal and civil litigation involving all types of Intellectual Property and Litigation matters. She has represented clients from major overseas corporations and the high-tech sector in commercial litigation as well as patent, trade secret, trademark and copyright matters. In addition, she has worked on a variety of commercial litigation matters, including civil disputes valued at over $100 million dollars, among other matters.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Vaden is passionately committed to pro bono endeavors. She actively participates in assisting clients with immigration-related legal matters and is an integral contributor to the Innocence Project, where she meticulously assesses the cases of incarcerated individuals and provides representation in Civil Rights Litigation.

Prior to joining Lewis Roca, Vaden served as an associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, and started her legal career as an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates.

Vaden earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of California, San Diego. She is licensed to practice law in both California and New York.
