Nick Herrick is a partner in the firm's Litigation practice group. Nick's practice focuses on commercial disputes involving construction, real estate, and development claims where he represents owners, developers, general contractors, and design professionals.
As an experienced litigator, Nick knows the best client successes often come before stepping inside the courtroom and is mindful to avoid costly litigation. He takes pride in resolving disputes before they reach the courtroom, but when litigation is unavoidable, Nick is able to successfully litigate his clients’ claims and keep their projects moving forward.
