Madison Fox is an associate in the firm’s Business Transactions Practice Group, where she assists clients with a variety of real estate matters. Madison's experience includes drafting and reviewing key transactional documents, such as purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, title policies and surveys, and closing-related documentation.
Before joining the firm, Madison was a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Michael T. Liburdi of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, as well as the Government Affairs Group of the Arizona Supreme Court. Additionally, while in law school, Madison served on the boards of the Corporate and Business Law Journal and the Women Law Students’ Association. These experiences have equipped Madison with a strong understanding of legal principles, enhancing her ability to navigate complex real estate transactions with insight and precision.
