Lilly Lentz is an associate in the firm's Litigation practice group. Lilly's practice focuses on complex litigation involving contract disputes, business torts, construction claims, and employment matters.
In her construction and real estate practice, Lilly's experience extends to a wide variety of matters including construction defects, quiet title, failure to disclose claims, and partition actions where she has represented figures from all corners of the construction industry such as general and subcontractors, developers, and owners, among others.
Additionally, Lilly's commercial litigation practice offers experience in advising executive teams and director-level management on contracts, business practices, employment matters, and strategies for dispute prevention and resolution. Furthermore, she adeptly represents clients in a variety of business-related disputes, including receiverships, dissolutions, and shareholder derivative suits.
Lilly received her J.D. from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law and her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Colorado – Colorado Springs.
