Dan's construction industry knowledge and strategic approach to solving legal problems has helped his clients build cases, defend claims, and solve disputes on construction projects for over 20 years.
Dan Wennogle is a partner in the Litigation practice group with deep experience representing clients in a broad range of construction and property rights matters. His practice focuses on contract disputes, schedule delay and impact claims, lien and bond disputes, construction defects, quiet title, condemnation, and easement disputes, among other things.
No matter the challenge, Dan takes pride in understanding and immersing himself in his clients' industries, allowing him to guide his clients through the ever-expanding complexities of their businesses.
When he's not representing clients in the courtroom, Dan enjoys being a dad, fly-fishing, playing guitar, and being a track and field coach.
