Adam Reich is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group and focuses his practice on commercial litigation, insurance coverage, business and personal injury torts, and construction litigation. He has represented clients in state and federal courts throughout the United States through trial and on appeal. As part of his construction practice, Adam routinely represents contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in all elements of construction matters, including contract disputes, mechanic’s lien enforcement, change order negotiation, and litigation. He has been recognized as a Southwest Super Lawyers Rising Star in the area of general and business litigation since 2017. He was also recognized in the “Ones to Watch” category in the area of commercial litigation by The Best Lawyers in America in 2021 and 2022.

Adam received his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Arizona State University, graduating with honors, Order of the Coif and Order of Barristers, and his B.A. from Arizona State University. Before attending law school, Adam served as a military police officer in the Army National Guard. He was awarded the Purple Heart for wounds he received while deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2005.
