Lewis Roca represents major pharmaceutical, medical device, and food supplement manufacturers, as well as retail drug firms, in drug, device, and related health products liability litigation nationally, regionally, and in federal and state courts in Arizona. Litigation on behalf of these clients includes cases involving prescription and over-the-counter drugs, blood and blood components, vaccines, food supplements, medical and dental implants, and medical and surgical devices. Litigation is handled by lawyers concentrating in pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, assisted by paralegals who are registered nurses. The firm is national coordinating counsel in some of these cases.
