Lewis Roca Honored in 2024 for “Tipping The Scales” Toward Gender Parity

PHOENIX (October 30, 2024) – Lewis Roca has been recognized in the Diversity & Flexibility Alliance’s 2024 “Tipping the Scales” list for achieving gender parity within its new partner class. This honor highlights law firms with 50% or more women in their most recent partner promotions, either globally or within the U.S., and was announced at the Alliance’s annual conference, where 82 firms were celebrated for this milestone.

The “Tipping the Scales” recognition is based on the Alliance’s New Partner Report, an annual analysis of gender diversity within partner classes at the nation’s largest and highest-grossing law firms. The report compiles data from publicly available firm announcements and self-reported information on partner promotions effective between October 1, 2023, and September 30, 2024.
