Tyler Carrell is a partner in the firm’s Business Transactions Practice Group and a former President of the Maricopa County Bar Association. Tyler's practice is concentrated in the areas of real estate transactions, commercial finance, and general corporate law. He has significant experience representing real estate developers, lenders, nonprofit organizations, and borrowers in corporate real estate matters, including the acquisition, financing, leasing, and disposition of retail, office, industrial, self-storage, residential, and mixed-use developments.

Tyler also represents financial institutions and private lenders in a variety of commercial finance transactions, including real estate and asset-based equipment and warehouse lending. All of Tyler’s legal services are focused on meeting clients’ needs with effective and cost-efficient strategies.
