Wyatt Williams is an associate in the firm's Business Transactions Practice Group. His practice focuses on regulatory and transactional matters in the gaming and hospitality industries. He advises tribal and commercial entities in the areas of development, leasing, contract negotiation, compliance, licensing, and taxation.
Wyatt received his B.A from Dartmouth College and J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. While in law school, Wyatt served as co-chair of Berkeley’s Native American Law Student Association, associate editor of the California Law Review, and associate editor of the La Raza Law Journal.
In his free time, Wyatt enjoys following the Suns and exploring the Intermountain West through roping, hunting, and skiing. Wyatt is a member of the Walker River Paiute Tribe.
