Ryan Pont is an associate in the firm's Litigation Practice Group. Ryan represents clients in complex litigation and product liability matters and has defended clients in personal injury, product liability, wrongful death, and insurance bad faith claims.
In addition to his litigation work, Ryan Pont also provides transactional work for his clients, focusing on construction contracts for both owners and contractors. With his experience in litigation, Ryan understands client issues that are likely to lead to litigation and develop provisions in agreements to avoid expensive and time-consuming litigation. Ryan has provided transactional work for his clients on numerous projects from construction to reorganization of the corporate structure.
After law school, Ryan was a law clerk for the Honorable James Beene at the Arizona Court of Appeals.
