Joseph "Rocky" Mckay is an associate in the firm's Intellectual Property Practice Group. Rocky focuses his practice on trademark, copyright, and entertainment law.
While attending Sandra Day O' Connor College of Law, Rocky served as the President for Law Student’s for the Arts where he began the Minimally Creative podcast. He also served as a fellow with the McCarthy Institute where he helped organize IP-related conferences.
In his personal life, Rocky has always had a passion for the arts and sport, including music, filmmaking, martial arts, and comedy. It is this passion that has led him to represent clients in those same industries. In his free time, Rocky sings in an acapella group and practices Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
