Rhonda Duckworth-Teague is a paralegal in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. She also serves as a Litigation Team Lead for the firm’s paralegal department. Prior to joining Lewis Roca in November 2007, she spent 12 years at working for the People of the State of Colorado at the Fourth Judicial District Attorney’s Office.
Rhonda has extensive experience in insurance defense, personal injury, product liability lawsuits, and foreclosures. Her previous experience includes criminal prosecution ranging from misdemeanors to felonies. In addition, her expertise includes all aspects of civil litigation, including case management, eDiscovery, investigation, and trial. Rhonda has participated in hundreds of jury and bench trials in both state, federal, and criminal courts, including arbitration.
