Karen Wildman joined Lewis Roca in 1998 as a paralegal in the Intellectual Property Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm, Karen spent five years as a criminal litigation paralegal for the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice. Her experience included large document case management, set-up, and organization of document databases, legal research, and large-scale litigation trials.
With over two decades of intellectual property expertise, her extensive experience includes filing domestic and international trademark applications, maintaining registrations, purchase, and transfers of domain names, policing and enforcement of trademarks, assisting with large document productions, Trademark Trial and Appeal board opposition, and cancellation proceedings.
Karen’s commercial litigation expertise includes factual and investigative research, high volume document management, summarizing documents, legal research, and large litigation trials.
