Joshua Trinkler

Joshua is an associate in the firm's Intellectual Property Practice Group, whose practice focuses on patent and trademark prosecution and litigation. 

While earning his J.D., Joshua was a member of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal and joined the Intellectual Property & Technology Law Clinic where he practiced as intellectual property law counsel on behalf of individual inventors, entrepreneurs, authors, artists, and other clients in need of IP legal assistance who would not otherwise be able to afford counsel.

Joshua earned his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering with a minor in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida. Prior to attending law school, Joshua worked as a Software Engineer. 

In his free time, Joshua enjoys skiing, playing board games, and watching his favorite professional football team, the Miami Dolphins.
