Holly's practice is primarily focused on contractual disputes between large commercial entities and insurance companies. She approaches litigation thoughtfully and strategically, with the intent of obtaining the best and most efficient outcome for her clients based on her analysis of the specific facts of each individual case. She has resolved numerous cases with over a million dollars at issue, obtained complete and partial summary judgment for clients on several occasions, successfully argued in front of the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, and participated in multiple trials.
