Denise Moroyoqui joined Lewis Roca in 2014 as a records clerk in the firm's Records Department. In 2016, Denise was promoted to a legal secretary, and in 2018 transitioned to the Paralegal Department in the firm's Business Transactions and Intellectual Property Practice Groups.
Prior to joining Lewis Roca, Denise worked in corporate law, collections, bankruptcy, real estate, estate planning, and intellectual property, primarily patents.
Denise assists lawyers with trademark prosecution and enforcement, filing of trademark applications with the USPTO, and foreign filings. For the Business Transactions Group, Denise also assists with stock ledgers and certificates, preparing closing books for completed sale, purchase and loan transactions, and the electronic recording of property transactions with the applicable County Recorder.
