Caitlin Halm is a paralegal in the firm's Litigation Practice Group who focuses on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. Caitlin brings 13 years of legal industry experience to the firm, including experience in civil litigation, insurance defense, bankruptcy, and transactional law. Caitlin plays a crucial role in supporting the firm's litigation lawyers by utilizing her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail for the efficient and effective handling of complex cases. Caitlin regularly provides support throughout the entire litigation process, including assisting with case preparation by conducting legal research and drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery responses, managing exhibits and providing other support during trial, as well as assisting in the preparation of post-trial motions and any necessary appeal documents.
