Brooke Lee Harris

Brooke is an associate in the firm's Business Transactions Practice Group. She provides comprehensive representation and legal counsel to corporate clients in the real estate, construction, development, corporate and finance industries. She represents clients in real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition and development of land, commercial shopping centers, retail stores, restaurants, hospitals, multi-family housing, hotels, and assisted living. Additionally, she represents clients in corporate transactions, including the formation of business entities, corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions. Brooke’s experience includes:

• Negotiating, drafting, and reviewing commercial real estate agreements, including commercial real estate purchase, sale, and leasing agreements, and closing documents
• Conducting due diligence and title review and investigating title issues in connection with real estate acquisitions and dispositions
• Negotiation and drafting of business formation and entity documents, restrictive covenants, and subscription agreements, and legal instruments for merger, acquisition, and other corporate restructuring transactions
• Working with borrowers in connection with negotiating loan agreements and related ancillary documents
• Comprehensive transactional management

Brooke is a member of the Arizona Public Media (AZPM) Community Advisory Board and is the AZPM Community Engagement Committee Chair. She is also a member of the Pima County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division and the Pima County Bar Association CLE Committee.

In Brooke’s free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with her dogs, Duke and Charlie.
