Aubrey is an associate in the firm's Business Transactions Practice Group. Aubrey practices primarily in the areas of land use law, real estate law, zoning and planning. Aubrey assists a wide variety of clients, from local businesses to large national real estate developers, obtain the land use permits and entitlements needed to bring their development and business goals to fruition across Nevada. Aubrey has also represented clients before numerous local government agencies including planning commissions, city councils, neighborhood advisory boards and county boards.
Prior to joining the firm, she was a Legal Intern where she reviewed and drafted various contracts and memorandums. Aubrey was also a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Charles A. Ehrlich of the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania, where she conducted legal research and wrote bench memorandum.
Aubrey earned her J.D. from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Nevada. While in law school, she was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award, Best Student Performance in Banking Law, and the Rising Advocate Scholars Scholarship.
Aubrey was also a Staff Editor and Associate Editor & Symposium Committee Member for Drexel Law Review.
In her free time, Aubrey enjoys spending time with her husband and their rescue dog, Brewer.
