Beth Michaels practices commercial litigation with an emphasis on appeals and critical motions. She represents businesses large and small in a broad range of subject matters, including breach of contract, intellectual property, securities, bankruptcy, and receivership.
Beth aims to provide exceptional service by understanding her clients’ goals and developing strategies attuned to their unique needs. She draws on her experience as an appellate clerk to craft persuasive arguments for clients and assess risk at all stages of litigation.
Beth is passionate about pro bono work and is honored to serve as a member of the Colorado Lawyers Committee Young Lawyers Division Board and Strategic Planning Team. She is involved in the legal community as an active member of the Colorado Women’s Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association Appellate Subsection, and the Faculty of Federal Advocates.
In her spare time, Beth enjoys baking, yoga, and hiking in the Colorado mountains.
