Shivani Patel

Shivani Patel is an associate in the firm's Business Transactions Practice Group. Her practice focuses on matters relating to real estate transactions. She has experience reviewing contracts, drafting bench memoranda, and performing intakes with clients.

Before joining the firm, Shivani worked for a legal document services company, where she assisted on a compliance auditing project. Prior to that, she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Judge Rosemarie Aquilina of the Ingham County 30th Judicial Circuit Court in Lansing, Michigan.

Shivani is fluent in Gujarati and proficient in Hindi.
