New Partners Announced at Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie
PHOENIX – Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie LLP announces that Nicole Gorham, Justin Henderson, and Marla Hudgens have been elected to the firm’s partnership. All are effective Jan. 1, 2017.
Gorham represents individuals and business entities of various sizes in commercial and complex civil litigation. Based in the firm’s Denver office, her practice focuses on real estate litigation and she also represents insurance providers in breach of contract, bad faith breach of contract and coverage disputes.
Henderson represents creditors, landlords, and debtors in all aspects of Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases involving businesses and individuals, with a particular focus on preferential and fraudulent transfer litigation. Based in Phoenix, but practicing in Nevada as well, he litigates a wide variety of commercial disputes in bankruptcy, appellate, state and federal courts. He also helps clients collect their judgments.
Hudgens is a member of the firm’s Regulatory and Government practice group and represents businesses, business owners, developers, banks and insurers in complex litigation cases, procurement matters and all aspects of civil, commercial and administrative appeals. Based in Phoenix, she also actively practices in Nevada and California.
