PHOENIX (May 21, 2019) – Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie LLP has announced that Molly Magestro has joined the firm’s Phoenix office as an associate in the firm’s Business Transactions practice group.

Magestro’s practice focuses on corporate and real estate transactions in which she provides comprehensive representation and legal consulting services to corporate clients in the real estate, construction, property management, finance, insurance, healthcare, oil and gas, freight and transportation, maritime, and insurance industries. Her experience includes advising clients about transactional and regulatory requirements in the areas of business formation and reorganization, statutory and regulatory compliance and due diligence. She has handled matters involving the development of custom contracts and related legal instruments for complex business and real estate transactions, including the strategic negotiation and drafting of various types of legal records and contracts.

Magestro received her J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University where she was a Willard H. Pedrick Scholar. She received her B.S., summa cum laude, from Arizona State University.
