Business Transactions Lawyers Join Lewis Roca

TUCSON (February 5, 2019) – Lewis Roca LLP announced Joshua G. Crandell and Jason R. Simon have joined the firm’s Tucson office as associates in the Business Transactions practice.

Joshua Crandell has experience in real estate and corporate transactions in which he assists clients with commercial real estate purchases, sale and lease agreements, financing and a variety of other transactional matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Crandell served as Legislative Law Clerk for Senator Jeff Flake in the United States Senate, where he worked on legislation pending before the U.S. Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources. He was also involved in the vetting process for federal judicial nominees. Crandell is licensed to practice law in Arizona, New Mexico and Texas and received his J.D. from the James E. Rogers College of Law, University of Arizona and his B.S. from Arizona State University.

Jason Simon’s practice will focus on corporate and real estate matters. He practiced complex domestic relations for eight years, managing all phases of litigation, trial and settlement. Prior to practicing law, Simon was a law clerk for the Honorable Chris C. Browning in Arizona Superior Court and was a Note Editor of the Arizona Law Review.

Simon previously served as President of the Pima County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division and is a current member of the Morris K. Udall Inn of Court. He received his J.D. from the James E. Rogers College of Law, University of Arizona and his B.S. from the University of Arizona.
