Benchmark Litigation Highlights Fuller in ‘Under 40' List
DENVER – Benchmark Litigation, a guide to the leading litigators in the United States, has named Jessica Fuller of Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie LLP as one of the nation’s most accomplished young attorneys.
Fuller was honored in the Benchmark Litigation ‘Under 40 Hot List’ for the second consecutive year. A partner in the firm’s Litigation practice group, she represents businesses and governmental entities in a wide range of litigation matters.
The list is compiled through peer review and case examination to identify practitioners deemed the most promising emerging talent in their respective communities.
Benchmark Litigation editors noted that Fuller handles a variety of complex commercial litigation cases with specialized expertise in class action defense and appellate advocacy.
Fuller, who has spent her entire career with Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie, had a big win in late 2016 in an insurance case filed individually but as a precursor to a new round of class actions. She successfully briefed and argued critical issues on summary judgment that extinguished class exposure.
In another recent case, she negotiated and obtained final approval of a class settlement on behalf of the Regional Transportation District in Denver that resolved claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act in connection with its light rail service.
