PHOENIX (June 12, 2023) – Lewis Roca announced Daniel P. Crane has joined the firm’s Litigation Practice Group as Partner in Phoenix. With the addition of Crane, Lewis Roca’s Phoenix office has enhanced its ability to serve the firm’s diverse client needs.

With a focus on general commercial litigation, Crane brings a wealth of experience in handling all forms and phases of litigation. He has successfully represented a wide range of clients, including financial institutions, cutting-edge technology companies, real property developers, general contractors, and subcontractors. Crane has extensive expertise in all aspects of litigation, from initial stages through trial, as well as post-trial work, appearing in both state and federal courts across the nation and in international arbitrations.

In addition to his commercial litigation practice, Crane demonstrates a strong commitment to pro bono work. He regularly assists clients in cases involving international child abductions filed under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction and other vital issues. Crane actively contributes to the community and has served as the Past President of Phoenix Free Soles and as an ambassador of the Greater Phoenix Economic Council, actively contributing to the growth and development of the region. His skills and dedication have consistently earned him recognition as a Southwest Super Lawyers Rising Star in the area of Business Litigation for the past seven years.

Crane received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, his master’s degree from Florida State University, and his B.S. and B.A. from Colorado State University.
