Lewis Roca Announces New Co-leader of Business Transactions Practice Group

PHOENIX (June 8, 2023) – Committed to fostering leadership and driving continued growth, Lewis Roca is pleased to announce the appointment of Sam Chang as co-practice group leader of the firm's Business Transactions Practice Group, one of three practice groups within Lewis Roca.

Effective June 1, 2023, Chang, an esteemed partner within the firm’s Business Transactions Practice Group, will assume the role of co-leader alongside Matt Sweger. This strategic move aims to expand and develop the practice group, ensuring Lewis Roca's commitment to delivering exceptional service.
