Kristen has extensive experience successfully handling complex, high-stakes matters, ensuring clients’ needs are met with proactivity, proficiency, and a steadfast commitment to achieving the most favorable outcome. A considerable portion of her practice focuses on antitrust litigation, where she guides her clients through competition disputes, ranging from price fixing and collusion to unfair competition.
Kristen also has significant appellate law experience, having successfully handled a wide range of matters, including civil appeals, administrative appeals, and interlocutory appeals, among others. Her practice is characterized by superior representation at every stage of the appellate process, from evaluating the merits of an appeal to presenting a compelling case before the court. Her dedication to thorough research, cogent brief writing, and persuasive oral arguments ensures clients will receive the highest level of advocacy. Her appellate practice includes appearing before the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Prior to joining the firm, Kristen served as a judicial law clerk to Justice James Hardesty of the Nevada Supreme Court.
