Las Vegas: Seminar examines effects of Nevada Supreme Court decisions
LAS VEGAS – Nevada’s appellate lawyer, Daniel Polsenberg, will discuss the Nevada Supreme Court’s decisions from 2015 that have the greatest impact on practitioners during a legal seminar May 26 in Las Vegas.
Polsenberg will examine recent changes to Nevada law and how those changes will affect clients during this informative review of recent court actions. A partner in the Appellate practice group at Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie, Polsenberg has argued more than 250 appeals and is past president of the Clark County Bar and the State bar of Nevada.
“Nevada Supreme Court Decisions: What do they mean for clients?” will be held this Thursday, May 26, from 1-3:15 pm at Depo International, Mock Trial Courtroom, 703 S. 8th St., Las Vegas. Two general CLE credits will be provided.
