Colorado Springs: Lunch with a Lawyer - February 14, 2017

Are written agreements a requirement in today’s litigious business climate?  Do they create a problem for an employment-at-will relationship?  Is there a way to keep these agreements simple and understandable?  Mr. Kniffin will address the pros and cons of employment agreements and some basic items that should (and should not) be included.

We provide the lunch; you provide the questions. This luncheon will not be a lecture, but is designed to provide you with the opportunity to ask questions about specific situations you have or might encounter.

This topic is designed for business owners and managers, nonprofit directors, church and ministry leaders, human resources managers, finance managers, and others who work in decision-making or support roles in your organization.
