Colorado Springs: Lunch with a Lawyer - April 12, 2016

If your organization serves children or other vulnerable individuals, you probably have thought about drafting policies or guidelines regarding sexual misconduct, child abuse or neglect, or elder abuse.  In fact, you may already have guidelines in place.  However, these issues are very complicated, and it can be difficult to make safety your highest priority while still honoring the rights of all concerned.  Eric Hall will join us this month to talk about the Colorado statutes that apply to these matters and some general guidelines for handling complaints.
